A leading global manufacturer is expanding its operations, and we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing plant in the South. With numerous new projects underway, we will be launching new products from this site, and we are open to considering both entry-level and experienced engineers.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining process flow, conducting PFMEA and line balancing, as well as cell layout enhancements. Your expertise in cycle time, yields, costs, SPC, GD&T, and Auto Cad will be highly valued. You will lead key capital projects, troubleshoot issues, and conduct improvement projects using lean practices. Additionally, you will estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide valuable information for management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead capital projects to enhance manufacturing capabilities
- Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve production issues
- Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and costs to inform management decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline
- Minimum one year of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Lean experience, project management, process development, and tooling experience a plus
