Key Responsibilities:
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card transactions, accurately recording payments
  • Provide change and receipts to customers
  • Manage phone inquiries and direct customers to appropriate departments
  • Operate the switchboard telephone system
  • Assist management with various administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members
  • Understand departmental structures and internal processes to assist customers effectively
  • Prepare loan vehicle contracts using the dealership's computer system
  • Conduct thorough inspections of loan vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and checking for damages
