Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Treasure Coast. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation program.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Lead patient assessments, conduct thorough evaluations, and provide recommendations for treatment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to fellow staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
