Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a dynamic NICU setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist to work in our NICU department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill neonates and infants
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a NICU setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
