Job Overview

Position Title: Oracle EBS Technical Consultant (R12)

Contract Duration: Long-term

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days Onsite)


Role Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oracle Applications technologies and substantial hands-on experience in technical domains.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Oracle Apps Technical, specifically with R12 (not cloud).
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher reports, workflow, Unix, and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP modules such as SCM, P2P, and Financial modules is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in design, development, and coding for all EBS components mentioned above.
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues and implement tuning recommendations effectively.
  • Collaborate with US-based teams for analysis and provide technical solutions.
  • Review the quality of deliverables, including code and documentation.
  • Coordinate deployments across various environments (Development/QA/PROD).
  • Provide technical support during implementation phases.
  • Work with third-party systems, making modifications including EBusiness suite changes and maintaining various application interfaces.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities with excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Manage interactions with business users and external stakeholders, overseeing design, development, testing support, production deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills, particularly in English.
  • Adapt well to a multinational and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in Oracle SOA is a plus.
