Senior Finance Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team at Drexel Building Supply. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for determining eligibility for customer accounts, setting up and maintaining customer records, accepting and applying customer payments, answering billing and payment questions, and understanding the Lien Waiver process.

Responsibilities:

• Determine eligibility for, set up and maintain customer accounts
• Accept and apply customer payments
• Answer billing and payment questions
• Understand the Lien Waiver process
• Assist with other financial and office needs as requested

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
