Fluorescent Penetration Inspector

We are seeking a skilled Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector to join our team at Aspirant RPO LLC. As a Fluorescent Penetrate Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspection operations, including receiving, final, and in-process inspections on all part types to operation sheet requirements.

• Perform inspection operations, including receiving, final, and in-process inspections on all part types to operation sheet requirements.
• Gage, set-up, and run airflow, waterflow, and moment weigh.
• Perform inspections of high visual concentration for a period of 2 hours continuously.
• Pack, unpack, and load material, review, and replace totes and liners if necessary.
• Process material through pre-clean operations prior to FPI.
• Perform daily and weekly systems and calibration checks on each shift.
• Maintain all quality records.
• Final inspection of parts to OP sketch requirements.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of numbers, including decimal and fractions; simple use of formulas, charts, tables, drawings, specifications, schedules, writing diagrams, computer scanning devices.
• Basic skills and knowledge using adjustable measuring instruments for checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data; where interpretation is required involving basic skills knowledge.
• 1 year of manufacturing inspection experience; FPI experience preferred but not required.
