Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group USA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Withdraws merchandise and supplies from the warehouse, verifying loads against products ordered and preparing delivery tickets or shipping papers as needed.
  • Restocks locations as necessary and loads products, unloads trucks, and distributes delivered items as instructed, obtaining receipts or delivery slips.
  • Collects empty containers and unsold merchandise for return to the warehouse and/or disposal.
  • Monitors product usage and makes adjustments to control inventory turns.
  • Ensures proper handling of perishable products and maintains refrigeration of food and beverages.
  • Performs the job safely while adhering to company safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand long hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Must be fluent in English.
