About the Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing global biometrics strategies, recruiting and building biometrics capabilities, and providing statistical input into other relevant functional groups' activities. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in biometric data sciences to drive business results and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global biometrics strategies to support the entire BMS portfolio
  • Build and lead high-performing biometrics teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve patient outcomes
  • Provide statistical input into other relevant functional groups' activities
  • Manage relationships with Partnering Companies

Requirements and Qualifications

  • PhD in biostatistics or an advanced degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Significant experience in regulatory filings and interactions globally
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical and trial issues to senior executives
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical trial development and statistical methodology related to trial design and conduct of clinical studies

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $240,000 - $300,000, depending on experience. Bristol-Myers Squibb offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
