Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patient trays, assisting in meal preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

This is a full-time position with competitive wages and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patient trays according to instructions and orders
  • Assist in meal preparation and portioning of meal items
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, flatware, and utensils
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Deliver food, nourishments, and supplies to nursing units and other areas as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a dietary department or nursing home preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with staff, residents, and families
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
