The successful candidate will utilize the nursing process to provide comprehensive care to selected patient populations, leveraging excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License is required, along with a minimum of two years of hospital nursing experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans
- Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by the position
- Diploma or degree in nursing
- Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association
Marshfield Clinic offers a competitive salary, estimated at $75,000 per year, based on industry standards for registered nurses in the area. Eligible hours worked between Friday and Sunday, 3:00 AM to 3:30 PM, will be paid at 0.5 times the regular rate of pay.
