Key Responsibilities- Production Operations: Oversee daily activities on the production line, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and throughput.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of products to prevent non-conforming goods and accurately complete quality and production reports.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an appropriate level of raw materials to ensure minimal downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment, troubleshoot minor production line issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferred 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adaptability to changing situations.
