- Communication: Collaborate with medical professionals to align treatment objectives and discharge strategies.
- Scheduling: Manage patient appointments and integrate new referrals into the schedule efficiently.
- Team Participation: Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at enhancing patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives focused on quality improvement and patient safety within the healthcare environment.
- Professional Development: Commit to ongoing education and skill enhancement to maintain high standards of practice.
- Infection Control: Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe treatment environment.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster positive relationships with colleagues across various departments.
- Program Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of new therapeutic programs as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapy license.
- CPR certification required.
