Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and land development? Do you have a strong background in environmental science and management? We are seeking an experienced Environmental Programs Manager to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage environmental initiatives for Royal Caribbean International's Private Destination Development organization
  • Develop and implement environmental strategies for land-based destinations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure environmental compliance and best practices
  • Provide guidance and expertise to team members on environmental issues and policies
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance and compliance

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of environmental experience, preferably in tourism and/or international
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of environmental principles and practices in complex land-based development
  • Extensive knowledge of international and U.S. environmental rules and regulations
  • Strong training and facilitation skills
