The individual will oversee the management of regional accounts and operations, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all facets of portfolio administration.
  • Engaging with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships.
  • Possibly developing and promoting specialized asset allocation products and services.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members.
Leadership and Client Engagement

The Portfolio Manager is expected to set a high standard for service excellence, motivating teams to reach their goals. Key duties include:

  • Upholding company values and initiatives.
  • Addressing escalated client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
