The individual will oversee the management of regional accounts and operations, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Managing all facets of portfolio administration.
- Engaging with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships.
- Possibly developing and promoting specialized asset allocation products and services.
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching team members.
The Portfolio Manager is expected to set a high standard for service excellence, motivating teams to reach their goals. Key duties include:

- Addressing escalated client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintaining clear communication with team members and stakeholders to proactively manage potential issues.
