Our COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test received Emergency Use Authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, positioning iHealth as a vital supplier of at-home COVID tests to various entities.
Key Attributes Desired:- Technologically Proficient: Ability to convey mobile application technology to a non-technical, elderly audience and troubleshoot related issues.
- Familiarity with G-Suite: Comfort in utilizing internal communication tools such as Google Hangouts, Zoom, and Google Sheets.
- Empathetic and Patient: Our primary demographic is elderly patients who may require extra patience and tailored teaching methods.
- Growth-Oriented Mindset: Willingness to accept feedback and adapt to evolving protocols and workflows.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Tagalog, or Vietnamese is advantageous.
Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN)
Main Responsibilities:- Educate elderly patients on the use of our mobile application and medical devices, assisting with any technical difficulties.
- Collaboratively create personalized care plans, behavior goals, and educational objectives for each patient while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Implement established Standards of Practice and Professional Performance in diabetes care to guide educational interventions.
- Work in conjunction with primary care physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize iHealth Unified Care software and patient vitals to monitor outcomes and set educational goals.
- Provide ongoing support to patients through our online platform during scheduled shifts.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to enhance digital health solutions for chronic disease management.
- Potentially mentor peers within the clinical service team and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.
- Create educational materials such as blog posts, videos, and handouts that align with AADE and AHA standards.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
