Caregiver Role Overview

At Right at Home, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities:

* Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients, engaging them in activities and conversations that promote their well-being and happiness.
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring our clients maintain their independence and dignity.
* Chart and report on client progress, communicating effectively with our care team to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 6 months experience caring for seniors or adults.
* Warmth, compassion, and a genuine interest in helping others.
* Ability to communicate effectively and perform tasks with competence.
* Completion of a criminal background check, BMV check, TB test, and drug screen.
* Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certification as a CNA or HHA is a plus, and we offer competitive pay for licensed caregivers.
