Job Summary

The Bartender is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, while maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to members and guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the bar area and surrounding equipment
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Reconcile the bar's cash register at the end of each shift
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to member and guest inquiries

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred
  • Certified to serve alcohol
  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
