Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
Our well-established Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is thoughtfully designed to develop competencies and clinical reasoning skills through a structured six-month program for entry-level Physical Therapy practitioners.

This comprehensive program assists novice clinicians to become successful in an environment that promotes patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

Mentor Program Highlights:
- Structured 6-month professional development program designed to transition a novice clinician to a confident and well-rounded professional
- Comprehensive program manual with weekly established goals and expectations
- Gradual progression of patient care over the first one to two months

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
