Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve equipment-related problems and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Assist in the training of electro-mechanical technicians and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
