We are seeking an experienced physician to join our practice full time in Madison, WI. As a compassionate and skilled medical leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and serving as a key member of our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered environment
- Order and study diagnostic tests, review and approve rehabilitation care plans
- Participate in interdisciplinary team and patient care conferences
- Prescribe medications, write referrals, and consult with other physicians as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Medical license in WI
- MD/DO BCBE Hospitalist (Internal Medicine OR Family Practice/Primary Care with Hospital Medicine experience preferred)
- Federal DEA and possess or eligible for Controlled Substance Certificate
- ACLS Certified
