Job Title: Hydraulic Sealing Specialist

DBSI Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Hydraulic Sealing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing hydraulic sealing products that meet customer expectations for cost, quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop hydraulic sealing products, including concept and detailed design reviews with global engineering teams.
  • Contribute to new product introduction (NPI) development projects, new technology integration (NTI) projects, and product cost/quality improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with global/regional purchasing and manufacturing facility teams to support product velocity, quality, and cost targets.
  • Troubleshoot field failures, warranty claims, and factory issues, and complete parts analysis and technical reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an accredited engineering field, preferably polymer/chemical.
  • 2+ years of experience in the polymer industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in an accredited engineering curriculum.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in components to meet performance, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Experience in project management, tolerance stack-up, and GD&T.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and process partners.
Compensation:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
