Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grooming salon, driving business growth, and providing exceptional customer service to pet owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pet grooming, leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the grooming salon, including scheduling, safety protocols, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, including customer engagement, sales initiatives, and community outreach.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in pet grooming, with a strong background in leadership and customer service.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
