Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic and organized Musical Host to join our team at Twin Farms, a renowned Five Star hotel in Vermont. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of exceptional.

• Guest Greeting and Seating: Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, escorting them to their tables and providing menus as needed.
• Reservation Management: Manage reservations through our booking system, ensuring accurate seating arrangements and timely communication with guests.
• Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication hub between guests and staff, relaying special requests or preferences to the right team members and/or departments.
• Waitlist Management: Manage the waitlist during peak hours, estimating wait times accurately and keeping guests informed of their status.
• Guest Assistance: Assist guests as needed, including answering questions about the menu, offering recommendations, and addressing concerns or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Server Coordination: Coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth transition between seating and service, communicating any special requests or requirements from guests.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the host stand and Main House Commons clean and organized at all times, including ensuring menus are wiped down and sanitized regularly.

• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to guests.
• Verbal Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with guests and staff.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized in a challenging environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
