Key Details:

Practice Setting: Inpatient/Call
Reason for Coverage: Provider retiring, short on docs to cover our four sites
Call Ratio: Weekend call 1-2 weekends a month and Maybe 1-2 per week when not on call weekend

Job Responsibilities:
Inpatient only
Varys average number of admissions
Trauma Level/Designation: Level 1 for St Elizabeths.
Total Number of Beds: Multiple locations
Number of ICU Beds: Youngstown 50
Number of Cardiologists Physician in Group: 7
Other Cardiologists will be Present During Locum's Coverage
Patient Age Demographic: 18 and up
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC

Required Procedures:
Treadmill Stress Tests, Electrical Cardioversions, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Echocardiography, Electrocardiograms (EKGs), Chemical Stress Tests, MRI/CT Reads if possible

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
Submission Requirements:
  • Board Certified (Cardiology Only)
  • OH license (will accept for those who are willing to obtain)
  • BLS and ACLS
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR THE LISTED SCHEDULE
