Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring patients receive the best possible vision solutions.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
