Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Assembler-B for a contract opportunity. This role requires a dedicated individual to work onsite, contributing to the assembly of aircraft structures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and understand technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
2. Apply sealants to surfaces according to established guidelines.
3. Install various aircraft system components, including panel installations.
4. Safely operate mechanical lifts, such as ladders and snorkel lifts.

Required Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with common tools and their applications.
2. Completion of the New Hire Training Cycle Flow to achieve necessary certifications.
3. Proficient in using computers in a production setting.
4. Adherence to safety protocols, including the use of protective clothing and equipment.
5. Experience with various hand tools, including rivet guns, screwdrivers, and power tools.
6. Knowledge of chemical solvents, sealants, and other materials used in assembly.
7. Ability to inspect work quality and identify foreign object debris (FOD).
8. Experience with high-impact vibratory tools, such as bucking and riveting tools.
9. Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as climbing, crawling, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
10. Experience in aviation or technical school is preferred.

Education Requirements:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work various shifts is essential.
