Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Burlington, NC. As a LPN/LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
  • Perform other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current Health Certificate and PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year of prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
