Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cashland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and common office software.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$48,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage of $11-$14.
