Responsibilities- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plan, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
- Perform treatments, as assigned per physician's orders, within the scope of your practice, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
- Accurately report and record the resident's condition and care, including signs and symptoms that may indicate a change in their status.
- Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, and Administrator, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge and proficiency, with experience in electronic medical records and other relevant software.
- Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.
- Must have an active LPN license, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
