About the Role:
As a Registered Dietitian at HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in guiding patients, families, and healthcare staff on medical nutrition therapy. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and implement evidence-based interventions for both inpatient and outpatient care.
  • Educate patients, families, and staff on nutritional needs and health outcomes.
  • Document nutritional assessments, goals, and interventions in medical records.
  • Engage with physicians and clinical staff regarding patients' nutritional statuses.
  • Manage physician orders for therapeutic diets and supplements.
  • Participate in patient rounds and uphold clinical nutrition policies for regulatory compliance.
