We are not considering candidates who plan to travel for extended periods.

Role Responsibilities:
Engage with Corporate Workplace Technology Project Managers and relevant project contacts.
Provide insights on project needs versus technology standards.
Manage a variety of projects ranging from quick turnarounds to extensive initiatives.
Act as the primary voice liaison between the technology project manager and supporting vendors.

Essential Technical Skills:
- AS, BS, or BA in engineering or computer science
- Over 5 years of experience in the IP Voice/Telecom sector, preferably within the financial industry
- Ability to thoroughly assess, comprehend, and interpret technology updates for relevance in our operational environment.
- Proficient in interacting with all levels of clients and management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently and perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with networking technology trends, including but not limited to software-defined networking.
- Expertise in voice technologies such as SIP Trunking, SIP interworking, voice over IP protocols (H.323/SIP), IP PBX, and session management.
- Proficient in Cisco voice platforms and unified communication and collaboration technologies.
- Experience with networking products like routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, and WAN optimization tools.
- Knowledge of other vendors such as Juniper, Aruba, Arista, Cisco, and Sonus/Ribbon is advantageous.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating engineering documentation and standard operating procedures.
