Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute daily routes to assigned customers, generating sales orders and ensuring the day-to-day success of the operation.
  • Execute promotions and new products based on target lists, commercial plans, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and volume growth.
  • Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
  • Organize and maintain back room storage areas, ensuring products are stacked and arranged properly.
  • Foster business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive pricing discussions.
Requirements
  • Valid in-state driver's license and excellent driving history.
  • Proof of insurance policy with liability and property damage coverage.
  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting 50 pounds repetitively.

The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas.
