Shift: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Experience: 1 year of vascular or interventional experience
Licenses and Certifications:
- State Radiologic Technician License
- ARRT Registration
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Vascular/Interventional Radiography Certification or one year of Angio/Interventional experience
Preferred Certifications:
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Preparation and Imaging• Ensure proper patient identification, order verification, and preparation for exams.
• Prepare patients using appropriate body mechanics and techniques.
• Produce quality images through correct operation of equipment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and thoroughly, including time stamps and image storage.
Work Area Maintenance and Patient Transport• Maintain work area and stock necessary supplies.
• Transport patients as needed safely and comfortably.
Procedural Assistance and Communication• Provide procedural assistance as a circulating, scrub, or monitoring tech, adhering to lab policies and procedures.
• Engage in frequent interactions with care providers, patients, and visitors effectively.
