Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting cover letters and other relevant correspondence pertaining to litigation cases.
  • Organizing, managing, and updating client files and pleadings in both electronic and physical formats.
  • Indexing and summarizing various documents and depositions.
  • Conducting basic legal and factual research.
  • Providing support for discovery and substantive motions, including drafting and preparation tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent litigation experience.
  • Proficiency in Lexis, Westlaw, Microsoft Word & Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
