Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Explain menu items and make recommendations to guests
  • Clean and maintain the dining areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Greet and welcome guests, making them feel valued and appreciated
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
