Role Responsibilities: As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will:
- Conduct laboratory tests across various specialties, including Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology.
- Provide critical data for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases through meticulous laboratory testing.
- Perform complex analyses of microscopic, immunologic, biologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve instrument issues, documenting corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure quality control measures are executed and logged, adhering to departmental procedures.
- Participate actively in phlebotomy and accession responsibilities.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Biological, Chemical, or Physical Science. A Nursing Degree may be considered with the required CLIA acceptable courses.
- Previous experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Scientist is preferred.
