  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment as needed.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, inventory management, and safety and security.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a bartending or hospitality role preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Indiana Liquor License (Level 3) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
