Bartender Job Description

Tucanos Brazilian Grill is a vibrant and dynamic restaurant concept that values teamwork and recognizes individual achievement. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our establishment, bringing the energy and excitement of Rio de Janeiro to our guests. Your friendly and upbeat personality will shine through in your ability to craft made-to-order beverages and provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests
  • Assist guests in making food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience
  • Work with our state-of-the-art point of sale systems to ensure accurate order entry and processing
  • Communicate effectively with front and back-of-house team members to provide a seamless dining experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including setting up and stocking product, cleaning equipment, and implementing inventory controls
  • Abide by all liquor laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Excellent guest relations skills
  • High school diploma and additional training in bartending preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience handling money and operating point of sale systems
  • Flexible schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
