• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
• Quotation Creation: Develop and provide quotes to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Complaint Handling: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.

• Commercial Background: Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel.
