Location: Store #51 Lamar

Salary: $14.75 per hour

Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), variable days and hours, 2 days off/week

Benefits: Company-paid basic term life, paid time off, voluntary medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and 401(k)

Job Duties:
  • Accurately operate the POS system
  • Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor
  • Assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Sort, categorize, price, and distribute donated and purchased goods
  • Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store
Requirements:
  • Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, and 10-key adding machine
  • Read, write, and good math skills
  • At least 1 year customer service experience dealing with the public
  • Team player mentality
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, reach 6 ft, and work standing for prolonged periods
