Job Summary

We're seeking a part-time Ambassador to join our University Town Center team. As an Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, serving our signature ice cream to customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve ice cream to customers and maintain a clean and welcoming shop environment
  • Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and serve waffle products, including cones and bowls
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Available to work weekends, late nights, and flexible schedules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
