ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ASSISTANT FOREMAN

  • Maintain safety protocols for oneself and the team at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the Foreman regarding any job-related challenges.
  • Prepare and load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company vehicle for each assignment.

Qualifications
  • Experience in construction or related fields is essential.
  • Proficiency in operating equipment and power tools is required.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least 1 year of experience in construction trades, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a solid track record in this area.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Capability to navigate and work from various levels, including crawl spaces.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
