Job Summary

We are seeking a Clerk Helper to join our team at Food Maxx Lonetree Way, Antioch, CA 94509. As a Clerk Helper, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, offering assistance, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by performing daily tasks such as sweeping, dusting, and emptying trash cans.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as price checks, go-backs, and cart collection.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • No experience required.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds.
  • Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong team player with a willingness to learn and work hard.
