Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret Design Integration Documents and related materials to produce coordinated production drawings for factory use.
• Manage and maintain redline drafting processes.
• Collaborate with internal drafting teams to clarify and confirm information received.
• Interface with manufacturing teams to address issues and discrepancies.
• Adhere to established procedures and standards for production drawings.
• Develop solutions to technical and design problems based on Rise Modular's fabrication methods and practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial/residential drafting experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam.
• Experience in wood framing construction is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Self-motivated with a desire for completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail while completing tasks within an established schedule.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with StrucSoft MWF for wood frame construction is a plus.
• Experience with modular design or construction is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
