Position Overview:
The RN Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the nursing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This position is part-time, with shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM and includes weekend rotations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Director of Nursing in providing effective nursing care that leads to positive clinical outcomes and enhances patient, family, and employee satisfaction.
2. Lead and direct the clinical operations of nursing units, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
3. Facilitate the implementation of care delivery models and processes, mentoring nursing staff while ensuring effective communication and coordination with other departments.
4. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain appropriate staffing levels, focusing on safe, continuous nursing care while minimizing overtime and agency use.
5. Participate in recruitment, orientation of new hires, and provide recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
