We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team at Wastequip, LLC. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting and Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, prepare journal entries, and balance books.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with management and other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a financial or accounting position.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel functions, and strong communication skills.
  • Certification: CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred.
