We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Production Associate to join our team at the Adult Rehabilitation Center. As a Sales and Production Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, processing donations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including sorting, pricing, and stocking merchandise.
- Process donations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are properly sorted, priced, and displayed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Production Area
- Assist in the production area, including sorting, cleaning, and processing donations.
- Help to maintain a clean and organized production area, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of trash.
- Assist in the processing of donations, including sorting, pricing, and displaying merchandise.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers in finding merchandise, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers.
