Job Summary

We are seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join our team in providing geriatric care to older adults. As a Physical Therapist with Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in an autonomous setting, providing proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide geriatric house calls to older adults
  • Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in geriatric care

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
