Caregiver / LNA Position

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and pharmacy visits
Support clients with mobility exercises as outlined in their care plan, and document any changes observed to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:
Valid Licensed Nursing Assistant certification
Reliable means of transportation
Compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintenance of client confidentiality
Negative drug screening and motor vehicle background check
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
Physical capability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance may be required based on client mobility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
